Jonathan Pham, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Pham specializes in interventional pain management and emergency medicine. Raised in Forsyth, Georgia for the majority of his life. He was frequently in the state of Louisiana, as most of his family lived within the state. He has a strong heritage within New Orleans, spending most of his formative time in New Orleans East with the Vietnamese community of that area. Walking his dog, Baylor around the city every day is an activity he enjoys. Other activities Dr. Pham adores hiking, visiting national parks, fishing, and spending time with family.
Dr. Pham has always been a person that values the community. Volunteering at soup kitchens, food banks, adoption centers, and medical institutions. Dr. Pham plans to grow with the community within the greater New Orleans area.
Dr. Pham graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology, staying within the state of Georgia to complete his medical degree at the Medical College of Georgia. Dr. Pham then went on to complete a residency in emergency medicine at John Peter Smith in Fort Worth, Texas. He was compelled by the countless number of chronic pain patients that were suffering and decided to dedicate his life to alleviate their pain. Continuing in his passion, Dr. Pham decided to complete a Fellowship in interventional pain at Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Dr. Pham plans to prioritize quality patient care and guarantee that all of his patient’s medical needs and concerns are addressed properly. Providing the best medical decisions to better a patient’s pain management care and treatment plan. He looks forward to helping others seek relief from acute and chronic pain at LA Pain Doctor.
Dr. Nicole Griffin, DNP, FNP-C

Dr. Nicole Griffin earned her BSN from William Carey University, her MSN from Loyola University New Orleans, and her DNP from Southern University and A&M College. She is nationally certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and has practiced as a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2012.
She began her career in critical care at Ochsner Medical Center, where she gained extensive experience with high-acuity patients. She has built her career in family medicine, urgent care, and community health and previously served as Associate Director and Chief of Medical Services, overseeing clinical operations and expanding access to care. Her expertise includes managing acute and chronic conditions, performing procedures such as laceration repair and I&D, and providing preventive and wellness care.
Dr. Griffin has also taught nursing at Louisiana State University and Delgado Community College. She is known for her strong clinical judgment, compassionate approach, and commitment to patient-centered care. In her free time, she enjoys music and spending time with her sons, family, and pets.
Rebecca Lynn Torres
Nurse Practitioner
Rebecca Torres is a dual board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in family and acute care. She graduated from Charity School of Nursing with an Associate of Science in Nursing. While working in the emergency room at University Medical Center in New Orleans, Rebecca received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She went on to get her Masters of Science in Nursing from University of South Alabama. As a nurse practitioner in an urgent care setting, her goal is to provide timely and high-quality care to patients with acute medical needs.
Tania Osorto
Radiology Technician
Tania Osorto is an experienced X-ray and Nuclear Medicine Technologist with a strong background in urgent care and diagnostic imaging. She began her radiologic career in 2018 after earning her degree from Delgado Community College and completed her Nuclear Medicine Technology program in 2020. Tania also holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences (2023) and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Healthcare Management.
